Design & Planning
Once you decide to move forward, we work with you, and a designer if needed, to develop drawings and plans that reflect your vision. We handle permit applications and coordinate with local authorities to ensure everything is code-compliant before construction begins.

Site Preparation
Before construction begins, we prepare the site carefully. We protect the areas of your home not involved in the renovation, establish a clean and organized work zone, and ensure all materials and equipment are staged and ready. A well-prepared site means fewer delays and less disruption to your daily life.

Demolition & Subtrade Work
Demolition proceeds according to the approved plans. Our trusted licensed subcontractors handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work while our team remains on-site throughout to coordinate, inspect, and ensure every trade meets our standards. We do not hand off your project and walk away.

Finish Work & Handover
