Initial Estimate & Consultation
We meet with you to discuss the goals and scope of your project. Our team provides an initial estimate, timeline, and budget so expectations are clear from the start.
Design & Planning
Working with you and a designer, we develop plans and drawings that reflect your vision. If needed, we can refer you to a trusted design partner. Once finalized, we apply for any required permits to ensure everything meets local regulations.

Before construction begins, we prepare the site and protect areas of your home not involved in the renovation to minimize disruption.
